Positive: Very nice and inviting. Great price and excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere. Very welcoming atmosphere. Owner responded to any issues immediately. Love having two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Negative: I would love to leave a positive feedback but we were addressed with some issues but owner responded immediately and addressed most of the issues. Dryer was broken, venting system not working for the powder room, upper floor bath tub drain not draining, upper bathroom toilet holder broken, upper bathroom sink missing drain stopper, upper bedroom exit door handle broken and bed sheets were not clean.

We were grateful that we were granted a special courtesy by the management upon our request - thank you for that! We liked the inside of the apartment and it was clean and comfortable - the queen sized bed was comfortable --lights not working in several places, the heating/cooling not working - we had to come back to meet someone about the issue, this should have been taken care of by the owner, not us on our vacation - still not working afterwards (initially the apartment was 80 degrees and once "fixed" it stayed at 68 degrees) - liked that there were laundry facilities, yet the dryer was tricky as the handle is broken The worst part was arriving to find that we were four flights of stairs up - NO ELEVATOR - I reviewed our booking several times and did not note this until just now...it's possible that I missed this, yet I read this over and over - as someone who is mobillity impaired, this impacted our vacation and it was hard, very hard - we would never have stayed here if this was noted properly This place felt dingy, dirty on the inside, garbage at the front door was not a good first impression Though others noted more positive experiences, we would not stay hear again

It’s not as good as expected Positive: The room was cozy, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location is truly unbeatable. It is a perfect choice for a family stay, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Negative: However, I would like to share some feedback that could help improve future stays for your guests. During our time there, we noticed a few issues: 1. The dryer was broken. We finished washing our clothes but unfortunately you can use the dryer for drying the clothes. 2. The tissue holder in the second-floor bathroom was broken. 3. Some lights in the powder room and dining area were not working. 4. The electric heater lights in the living room were not functioning. 5. The salt shaker was broken. 6. Ventilation in the powder room was not working. 7. The bathtub plug was broken.

Positive: Très bien situé et très bien équipé. C'est un plus d'avoir 2 wc. Negative: Beaucoup d'escaliers. Matelas pas super. Pas d'intimité car les chambres ne sont pas fermées. Appartement à recommander plutôt pour un couple.

Location Positive: The location is fantastic! Upon check-in, we opened the key box to find a set of three keys. We were not able to unlock the door with any of these. We called for assistance, and help came quickly. It turns out there was one more key in the box, slightly hidden, which was the proper door key. We never discovered what the other keys were for (?) The apartment is within a close range of restaurants and galleries, but there is no grocery store nearby. We had to walk beyond the walled city, into the downtown area to find a shopping mart The rooftop patio is a very nice feature, having lovely views and comfortable couch Negative: For the amount that we paid, we had a few disappointments. -We found a Keurig, but it was not working -There is a 4 slicer toaster, but only one side worked -The tub did not drain very quickly and the bath mat could use a scrub or a replacement -we could not find a dishrag or tea towel anywhere

Positive: Great location, easy to drive to, lots of parking options. Very nice unit equipped with everything we needed. Nice rooftop deck, great for watching the sunset. Negative: The 3 flights of stairs made for a climb, especially with luggage. It lists as a 2 Bedroom but they are not separate rooms. One has a curtain and the other is an open mezzanine at the top of the stairs. We were able to make it work but it was a challenge for privacy.

It suited our family to a T!! Positive: Location was excellent Negative: Everything was great

Really nice Positive: I loved the location and the place it was clean, comfortable Negative: Maybe I would change the beds for more comfortable ones, I think a sofa bed in the living room would also be great, I never found the Wi-Fi password, I honestly don't know if I had one, and lastly there was a noise upstairs, I think it came from a machine room or something like that that suddenly didn't let us sleep and I think it would be nice to leave a present for your guests

Positive: La localisation, la déco, la literie Negative: Le ménage fait moyennement : propre au 1er coup d'œil, mais ensuite on se rend compte qu'il reste des cacahuètes et de la poussière sous le canapé, que la grille de la VMC de la salle d'eau n'a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps (pareil, très poussiéreux). Dommage, c'était un "sans faute" sinon

Clean and updated apartment. Positive: This was absolutely the cleanest place we have stayed ever. It was very well appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect for access to the old Quebec City area. Negative: The only drawback was no elevator and on the 4th floor. You need to be able to climb stairs several times a day to stay in this apartment.
